The Resource Environmental Center (REC) in Albania invites qualified video production professionals to submit tenders for the creation of a 3-minute promotional video for the project titled “Tirana Ime 2.0 – PharmaWipe”, with Ref. No. ENI/2019/412-943/SG3-8, supported by the initiative “Capital Cities Collaborating on Common Challenges in Hazardous Waste Management – Yerevan, Warsaw, Tirana”, funded by the European Commission through its “European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR)” mechanism.
This project aims to establish five pilot collection points for pharmaceutical waste in Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) across Tirana, Albania. The video will serve to promote project results, ensure wider outreach, and increase visibility of the established collection points.
The selected contractor will be responsible for capturing high-resolution photographs and video footage of the pilot collection point installation process at the designated Primary Healthcare Centres. Additionally, the video should incorporate footage from the project’s final events and include student perspectives on pharmaceutical waste disposal. The final product should effectively communicate the project’s main objective: “raising awareness about the dangers of improper pharmaceutical waste disposal and its potential to contaminate water sources and ecosystems”.
Interested parties are requested to submit:
- An expression of interest outlining their approach to the video production, including:
- A timeline;
- Equipment to be used;
- Portfolio of relevant work;
- Budget per minute accounting for all stages of video production, editing, and revision.
